Konser musik bertemakan Donation For Mother Earth kembali digelar. Konser musik dengan tema tersebut adalah konser musik kali kedua yang diadakan oleh para musisi yang konsen terhadap isu lingkungan hidup di Bali pada Kamis malam, 18 Mei 2017 di Gimme Shelter Canggu.<\/p>\n

Konser tersebut menjadi wadah bagi para musisi dan band-band di Bali untuk menyampaikan aspirasinya dalam mendukung gerakan lingkungan hidup di Bali, utamanya gerakan Tolak Reklamasi Teluk Benoa.<\/p>\n

Ketut Dharma Putra, yang akrab dipanggil Koter, vokalis Racun Timur Menggoda sebagai penggagas dan penyelenggara acara musik ini menyampaikan bahwa konser musik merupakan wadah bagi band-band di Bali untuk bebas berekspresi dan meneriakkan aspirasi disaat konser-konser musik besar terjadi pembatasan atau pelarangan menyampaikan aspirasi khususnya mengenai penolakan terhadap reklamasi Teluk Benoa.<\/p>\n

“Di Konser ini para musisi bebas menyampaikan aspirasi dan juga disediakan kotak donasi bagi penonton yang akan diserahkan kepada gerakan lingkungan hidup di Bali,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Beberapa band tampil diacara ini, yaitu Gasuck, Superstar Superfuck, Racun Timur Menggoda, The Bullhead dan Devildice.<\/p>\n

I Wayan Gendo Suardana, Koordinator Umum ForBALI yang hadir pada acara tersebut, pada orasinya sesaat sebelum Devildice tampil menyatakan bahwa gerakan menolak reklamasi Teluk Benoa telah menembus ruang, tidak saja di jalanan namun sudah memasuki ruang-ruang cafe dan bar, menandakan gerakan tolak reklamasi telah merasuk ke ruang-ruang intim masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Para musisipun juga tak segan untuk terlibat melakukan perlawanan terhadap rencana reklamasi Teluk Benoa. “Musik bukan saja hiburan tapi juga sarana untuk melakukan perlawanan seperti yang ditunjukkan band-band yang tampil malam ini,\u201d kata Gendo.<\/p>\n

Setelah itu acara disambung oleh penampilan dari Devildice dan diakhiri dengan penyerahan donasi untuk gerakan Bali Tolak Reklamasi Teluk Benoa yang diterima oleh koordinator ForBALI. [b]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
